You will get an email, usually 15 minutes before the schedulded time with a link you should click on and you'll be connected for a face-to-face video consultation with a certified English-speaking doctor, usually within 15-30 minutes or at the time you choosed. No app downloads or lengthy registrations needed.

Pyllola is available for Video-call with a doctor 7 days a week including holidays, from early morning to late evening (usually from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM CET), ensuring you can get medical help when you need it most during your travels. You can ask for a prescription refill anytime (after closing of the Telemedicine hours) and we will send you the prescription early in the morning.

Our online Doctors can effectively treat a wide range of common travel-related ailments, including colds, flu, minor infections (e.g., ear, throat, urinary), allergies, stomach issues, skin rashes, minor injuries, and more. For life-threatening emergencies, please contact local emergency services immediately (call 112 in Italy)
